Refund policy

At Orven Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@orvenkitchen.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@orvenkitchen.com with photos of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
