Thank you for shopping at Orven Kitchen. We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across the United Kingdom and globally. To provide you with the best value and the most innovative tools, we ship our products directly from our international fulfillment centres.
Estimated Delivery Time (UK): 7–12 business days.
International Shipping: 10–20 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your parcel directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orven Kitchen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most of our standard UK shipments, extra customs charges are rare.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@orvenkitchen.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your email.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.
